Who you are dealing with

ClearCode Patron is operated by ClearCode Digital Ltd, Company No. 17086112, 110 Pall Mall, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 2LB. It is a community platform for a The Isle: Evrima server and is not affiliated with the game's developers.

What is sold, and what is not

• VIP is a recurring subscription whose sole benefit is priority in the server join queue. It never grants growth boosts, stat changes, protected slots, or the removal of connected players.
• Donations are voluntary contributions to running costs. They buy nothing, confer no access, and are non-refundable.
• Proximity voice and family features are free to all players and are never sold, gated behind VIP, or improved by donations.

Payments and cancellation

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown VAT-inclusive. Every successful payment produces a sequential VAT receipt, downloadable from your account.
• VIP activates at the next scheduled server restart — the time is shown before you pay and in your confirmation email. Because supply starts immediately, checkout asks you to waive the 14-day cancellation right; the refund policy still applies in full.
• Cancelling stops renewal at the period end. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

Accounts and conduct

• Sign-in is through Steam. You are responsible for your Steam account; we never see its password.
• The server rules form part of these terms. Breaches can end access without refund of the current period.
• Voice chat has a stated minimum age of 13 and a reporting route that is acted on within the published response time.

Service changes

• The server may restart on schedule, pause for maintenance, or close. The refund policy sets out exactly what happens to paid time in each case — including automatic pause after 72 hours of downtime and automatic refunds on permanent closure.
